The government Job Retention Scheme is well intentioned but potentially open to abuse. Will we see a rise in ET cases over the next 6-12 months due to abuse or incorrect use of this scheme? Possibly. Employers should seek legal advice if possible when looking to use the scheme in order to make sure it is done correctly.
