Commercial Mediation Fees
Ad Hoc Fees
MediateLegal charge our fee at £1500.00 plus VAT for a full day mediation. This fee is split between the parties and so works out at £750.00 plus VAT per party. A typical commercial mediation involving two businesses will require 1 full day mediation session. For mediations involving 3 or more businesses, we will provide a bespoke quote following receipt of more detailed information concerning the matter.
Mediation Retainer Package
A recent addition to our products – we offer a reduced cost package to acknowledge your commitment to mediation. Under our annual retainer, you commit to a monthly fee and we will provide an agreed number of mediations per year. Under this retainer a single mediation will involve 1 full day mediation session.
The retainer package is particularly useful to larger businesses, or those involved in high value services. The savings offered under the retainer allows businesses to include a mediation clause in their service contracts. This helps to prevent disputes from escalating to court as it will make mediation compulsory at the beginning of a dispute. The monetary and time savings for your business could be enormous.

Employment Mediation
Ad Hoc Fees
ACSL Ltd Solicitors charge our fee at £500.00 plus VAT per half day. This fee is typically paid in full by the employer. A typical workplace mediation involving two people will require 3 half day sessions under our 3d mediation model.
For mediations involving 3 or more people, we will provide a quote following receipt of more detailed information concerning the matter.

A recent addition to our products – we offer a reduced cost package to acknowledge your commitment to mediation. Under our annual retainer, you commit to a monthly fee and we will provide an agreed number of 3D mediations per year. Under this retainer a single 3D mediation will involve 3 x half day sessions.

Civil Mediation

MediateLegal charge our fee at £750.00 plus VAT for a half day mediation (4 hours) or £1500.00 plus VAT for a full day mediation.
For mediations involving 3 or more parties, we will provide a bespoke quote following receipt of more detailed information concerning the matter.
