Mediatelegal is now a Civil Mediation Council Registered Mediation Provider

We are delighted to confirm that Mediatelegal is now a Civil Mediation Council Registered Mediation Provider. We are one of only 57 mediation providers to have been awarded this accreditation in the UK, and the only mediation provider based in Liverpool.

What Does This Mean?

Receiving this accreditation means that the Civil Mediation Council has conducted a thorough assessment of our mediation service & our mediators. They would not have granted us the accreditation if they were not satisfied with all aspects of our mediation service.

What Does It Mean For Our Clients?

It will change nothing for our clients – they will continue to receive the highest quality mediation service from Mediatelegal. We will continue to help you to identify whether mediation is suitable for you, and to arrange the mediation from beginning to end. Becoming a Civil Mediation Council Registered Mediation Provider simply acknowledges our continuing expertise & professionalism.

What Type Of Disputes Can Mediatelegal Assist With?

Our mediators are qualified to help with commercial disputes, director or shareholder disputes, intellectual property disputes, franchise disputes, neighbour disputes, property disputes, legal costs disputes, workplace disputes, construction disputes, consumer disputes, cases of professional negligence, and many more.

Mediation works because it allows both participants the chance to speak up and be heard. It is a confidential process, and is a lot quicker & less expensive than running a dispute all the way to a trial.

Our Mediators

We carefully selected our mediators to ensure that they were not only experts in their fields, but also that their personalities matched our vision for a dedicated mediation service. They were a big part in our appointment as a Civil Mediation Council Registered Mediation Provider and we would like to thank them for their contributions so far. We look forward to a bright future together.
