Complaints Policy

In the unlikely event of a dispute we would urge you to call us to discuss is together. If we are unable to resolve your complaint as a result of the telephone call, we will ask you to submit it in writing to help@mediatelegal.co.uk. We will then review your complaint and provide a formal response within 28 days. If we are unable to resolve your complaint we will refer you to the Civil Mediation Council’s Complaints Resolution Service (Tel: 027 7636 4422)
