Welcome to Mediatelegal

Mediatelegal offers a nationwide mediation service across the UK. We are a Civil Mediation Council Registered Mediation Provider, as well as an accredited mediation provider with The Ministry of Justice. Our expert mediators are passionate about helping clients to resolve difficult disputes quickly and cost-effectively by using mediation.

Because we have carefully selected our mediators we can identify and appoint the perfect mediator for your particular circumstances. As a result, we give you the best possible chance of resolving your dispute quickly.

What is mediation and how does it work?

This is an old but excellent Ministry of Justice video which provides a good overview of the mediation process. The visuals may appear a little dated, but the content is still relevant today.

Our mediators are all very experienced. They are: Jonathan Dingle, Joseph Mulrooney, Andrea Barnes, Howard Nulty, Patrick WaterhouseKen Salmon, Kelley Thorogood, Matthew Fedigan and Stephanie Miers.

How is mediation arranged?

All it takes is one telephone call to Mediatelegal – we will gather enough information from you during this initial call to allow us to contact the other side and then make all necessary arrangements for a mediation to take place. You are able to spend your time on more productive tasks and less time trying to arrange your own mediation.
